How do you ship my order?
For this website, we use different shipping methods, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL, depending on the product(s) that you purchased and the location to which the product(s) will be delivered,Some products or bulk orders may be shipped directly through our international fulfillment network depending on inventory availability, product category, and destination region.
What countries do you ship to?
For this website, we only ship products to the US and Canada. However, we cannot deliver in the following areas:

Is shipping free?
For this website, shipping is free on orders above US$199.99. On orders below US$199.99, shipping costs vary depending on the product size, weight, and location to which the product(s) will be delivered.
When will I receive my order?
For this website, all successfully submitted orders will be processed by local warehouses within 24 hours. Once it is picked, packed, and dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Orders to locations in the US will normally be delivered in 3–9 business days, depending on the recipient’s address. Orders to locations in Canada will normally be delivered in 2–8 business days, depending on the recipient’s address.

Processing Time:
Depending on stock availability, we often need 1-2 business days to prepare your
products before mailing out your purchased items.
Delivery Time:
Your orders will typically arrive in 2–9 business days after processing your orders, while certain remote areas may require longer.
Once the parcel has been shipped out, our system will email you to let you know. We value your patience and kind understanding. Please be aware that shipping times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of AIRROBO’s and the courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from the local warehouse, the name of your courier and a tracking number will be sent to your Email address. You may use the tracking number to track your order on the local courier’s official websites.
I ordered more than one item. Will everything be delivered at the same time?
We strive to make sure that your items reach you at the same time. However, different products may be shipped using different shipping methods. It is possible that your items will not reach you at the same time. Once the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a notification email.
Can I change the items I ordered?
We are unable to alter the items or number selections once an order has been placed.
In this scenario, we advise getting in touch with us right away to cancel the order.
After that, we encourage you to place another order for the desired items whenever it’s most convenient on our website.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. Please note that, after your order has been shipped out of the warehouse, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
When requesting an address change, we need the following information:
First and Last names
Street name and number
Zip code and City
Country
Phone number
Kindly note that this process may delay the delivery time. AIRROBO is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by the customer.
What if I don’t receive my package?
If your tracking status shows Delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. If you have not received any notification Email containing the tracking information after nine days, please contact us immediately.
I have received the wrong orbroken product or a package with missing items; what do I do?
If any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately and provide us with the following:
Picture of the item(s) you received together with the delivery note (Please make sure that the details are clear and visible).
Please provide a clear picture of the product inside the package.
We will do our best to assist you further.
How do I cancel my order?
Please send us an email if you want to cancel your order. As soon as the order has been properly canceled, you will receive an email.
If we are unable to execute the order cancellation request promptly, generally because the parcel has already been sent, please proceed to the courier company’s official website, apply for a rejection of the package, and email us a screenshot of the successful denial.
Following confirmation that the shipment has been returned, we will refund your bank account in full and send you an email to let you know. This process usually takes 2–3 business days.
Can I have parcels delivered to a PO Box?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes because of restrictions on parcel size and regions or cities our courier service cannot deliver to.
Will a pickup location accept my package?
You can get in touch with your nearby FedEx office and request that they transport your box to the closest FedEx pickup location after FedEx makes a first attempt to deliver it to your address.
You can pick up your delivery whenever it’s convenient for you because it will be delivered to a secure location.
