LIUGANGTECH provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. This policy should be regarded as a standard service policy that covers products that are sold only through online stores or authorized distributors.

Warranty protections are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws and may vary among countries.

 

Warranty Period Calculation

  1. The commencement date ofthe warranty is the same as the date of purchase on a digital or physical receipt.
  2. If the customer loses the invoice or the relevant warranty certificate, the warranty starts three months after the production date,which is printed or engraved at the bottom of the machine.
  3. If the customer has replaced or repaired the product after providing invoices and relevant warranty certificates, the warranty period is 3 months from the date of fulfillment of the repair or replacement or the remaining warranty period of the original product, subject to the longer one. A replaced item can have only one replacement item.

 

Warranty Services

If you find the product has an issue and your product is still under warranty, you can consult our customer service, present the proof of purchase as well as the order number, and we can provide you with the following:

  1. Warranty period of 30 days: if your product encounters any quality problems, you can replace with the new machine free of charge (you can also choose to repair the original one instead).
  2. Warranty period of more than 30 days to one year: we provide repair services for your products only.

If the warranty period has expired (more than a year), you are welcome to spend the appropriate amount of money to get a new device or a used device (nearly new or acceptable) instead. For details, you can consult our customer service.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Returns must include the original packaging.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, LIUGANGTECHrefunds the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired in this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through online stores (liugangtech.com, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.), please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by online stores (Amazon, AliExpress, ect) or LIUGANGTECH’s authorized distributors are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

LIUGANGTECH’s warranty is limited to the region or country where the purchase is made. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced. It’s subject to the longer one.

Warranties on products will be invalid after they have  been fully refunded.

 

Return & Refund Process

 

GENERAL

By placing an order or making a purchase at an LIUGANGTECH Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with LIUGANGTECH’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

LIUGANGTECH wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

This return & refund policy is available for customers from the US, JP, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and RU who purchased at an Amazon store, AliExpress, liugangtech.com, or a  USA retail store. (Hereafter, refer to these entities as LIUGANGTECH in the policy.)

 

STANDARD REFUND*

Please email the LIUGANGTECH Support Team at marketing@liugangtech.com to apply for a return or refund.

For products that are not shipping or en route, we will start the refund or exchange process once we review your order. It would take 14–28 days to finish, depending on the payment method and your region, since you started your request.

For undamaged products in use within 30 days of the date you receive them, you need to send them back together with your purchase details, and we will start a refund based on their condition (100% at most). In this scenario, it could take up to 45 days after we receive your return to fulfill a refund.

A full refund is only available for products in an unopened box with the original receipt.

*Noted

  1. Online refunds are unavailable if orders are purchased from authorized resellers. You need to go to the authorized store for your refund or exchange.
  2. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  3. The following products do not support returns: Floor sweeper accessories including but not limited to batteries, dust bags or dust boxes, main brushes, side brushes, high-efficiency air filters (HEPA) and other vulnerable parts/accessories; Pet machine accessories including but not limited to combs, sponges, hoses and other vulnerable parts/accessories; Pool machine accessories
  4. A bulk refundis only available at your nearest local store, no matter where you placed the order.
