We do not store any credit card details which is handled by 3rd party payment provider “Stripe”.   • To transport your goods: We may share your information (name, address, phone number) with DHL, FedEx, or YunExpress transport company. In some situations if your item is out of stock and has to be shipped by FBA, your information may be shared with Amazon INC.
  • To offer you our products and services: We share your information (name, email address) with our third-party Affiliates and Service providers (like GOAFFPRO) and any subcontractors as required.
  • To market our campaign: We share your data (name, email address) with third party marketing partners (like Omnisend for email marketing, ) and advertising partners (like Facebook、Google 、Quora、Reddit for digital advertising marketing) to market our campaign on liugangtech.com and other sites that you may visit.

Automatic decision-making

You have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

8. International transfer of personal data

To operate our business, we may send your personal information outside of your state, province, or country. This data may be subject to the laws of the countries where we send it .We use Shopify service providers to handle data and we send your personal data across borders according to the policy of Shopify. Shopify is a Canadian company, but it work with and process data about individuals across the world. When we send your information across borders, Shopify take steps to protect your information, and try to only send your information to countries that have strong data protection laws.
